Priscilla Ray, M.D.
After graduating from Highland Park High School in Dallas, Priscilla Ray
was awarded a BA from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY and in 1974
received a medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. In
1994, Ray was elected president of the Harris County Medical Society, only
the second woman elected to that position according to the Houston Post
(11/6/94). Ray has also served as chairwoman of the Museum of Medical
Science Operations Committee. Widowed, she married Thomas P. Sartwelle, a
Houston attorney, in the early 90s. Ray testified on the behalf of Dow
Corning in 1995 in a breast implant trial in Houston.
