Zachary Bravos is a Chicago attorney who has successfully
represented Patricia Burgus and family, and Mary Shanley, in major
malpractice suits against some of those named as unindicted co-conspirators,
Dr. Bennett G. Braun, Roberta Sachs et al. The Burgus case settled in
November, 1997 for a record $10.6 million and made the front page of the
New York Times. The Shanley case was very recently settled,
but terms of the agreement are confidential.
